While it seems very logical and are the correct things that you should do after the break up, they simply don't work. Not only does it not work, it will most probably reduce your chances of success.

If you have answered yes to the above questions, then you should stop doing so immediately as that will only give her more pressure and drive her further and further away from you. It will only spoil your chance of stopping your breakup as you may be perceived as someone who is needy and desperate, which definitely makes you very unattractive.
